primary schools usual day rate or more
« on: March 13, 2013, 11:16:49 pm »
now up to over 40 primary schools to quote for last time i did a load i went in with quite high prices

changing tactic this year to try and tie in to contracts for 2-3 years by going in a reasonable prices with there tight budgets in mind

for those who in employ would you be happy to earn off a school the same as you would if cleaning domestics or would you expect more if full days graft

always charge high as you would be lucky to get a contract!
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

Is this a joke question??? For schools you know they always want insides doing which are knightmares, i do 6 schools and make sure i earn a tidy sum out of them. Id defo want more than an average days work or why bother going to the hassle of tendering for them??.

I take it you mean your "usual invoiceable day rate"? Are you adding your time on that to complete and submit the tender? If not your "working" for nothing  ???

Insides aswell? Surely not, dont you clean them in the holidays, i.e schools are closed, cant get inside can you?

you want get individual schools to be tied in to 2-3 years it will be hard enough to get them to tie into 3 cleans in one year.

price what your happy with, we have picked up about 7 lately most well priced a couple under priced but it pays and fills the employees days.
