Does any one sell 4040 RO housing boards pre made/cut? I'm after something like this http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/FILTER_FRAME.html I would get that one but i don't think its big enough to house a 4040 RO

The Filter-Frame can also be used to mount 40" housings. You would need to place the Filter-Frame in the centre of the housings. Each Filter-Frame can hold up to 2x 40" housings wall mounted or 4x 40" freestanding.

These Filter-Frames will be going on sale very soon - we are just awaiting a new supply of the clamps to come into stock.

I bought a plastic/foam filled mounting board from my local fascia supplier, cost about £10. Mounted twin RO's and filters on it and fixed it to the wall.

What's wrong with a sheet of melamine faced chipboard?
