what is an "Enviromental Policy"

I'm not quite sure, but many years ago we were asked for something along that line for a printing company. Printing, I ask you . . . bleached paper, dyes, excessive water use in the papermaking process . . .

I replied that the detergent we used was biodegradable, the ladders and extension poles we had were made of aluminum which was derived from bauxite, one of the most plentiful ores on the planet, and quoted something from the Green Guide - a book I'd had for a while before they got into the environmental thing themselves..

Never heard any more about it - I think they just wanted an answer.
You're a Scottish window-cleaner? Licensed or not, get yourself along to www.slwcn.org right now !
