i doubt any would sign a contract there on strict budget each year hardly even have enough for window cleaning these days i would imagine probably once as and when it can be affordable.. usally find them have it before a ofsted inspection lol.

ive never given a contract for any commercial work in 10 years

im going in with prices that recognise the fact they have limited budgets this time im abit more experienced now and would prefer to get more on for reasonable prices than a few at very good prices this is why id be interested in a contract to try and entice them with no price increase il keep price froze

Are they all individual Richy or through an authority?

You would definitely best trying to just get in, do a good job and have a good relationship with the main person there and have a gentlemans agreement that they'll continue to use you.
