colleges in the UK and is based across 6 campuses in Stevenage, Hitchin
and Letchworth Garden City. NHC are looking for a company who can supply
cleaning services for all of the buildings within the portfolio. In order
to support the College as a 'Learning Company' the suppler must be able to
work with NHC to provide employment opportunities for its students whilst
they are gaining industry recognised qualifications at the College.

are met: 1. All candidates will be required to provide a reference from
their bank.
2. All candidates will be required to provide evidence of professional
risk indemnity insurance.

previous financial years including the overall turnover of the candidate
and the turnover in respect of the activities which are of a similar type
to the subject matter of this notice.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: A ten day
standstill period has been allocated at the point information on the award
of contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful
tenderers to seek further debriefing from NHC and its agents before the
contract is entered into. Applicants have two working days from
notification to request additional debriefing and that information has to
be provided within a minimum of three working days from the expiry of the
standstill period. Such information should be requested from Wendy

resolved the (Public Sector) Public Contracts Regulations 2006 provide for
