I so wish I had been here for the interchange with Andrew whoever. God, you went so easy on him, he deserved crucifying (Simon, you must be mellowing in your own age  ). For what it's worth, I think committee come with their own problems and sometimes you just need a driving force with control but not restriction. Derek, well done mate, you are doing great.
