What lpm machine to run 4 x 05 turbo nozzles properly.
I have not a clue really about high pressure cleaning , but do realise a major tool for a job.
And this idea on a fsc would absolutely cut the work times and finish on a job.

use the cheapest available option till you decide the best height , then have one machined for you inc vac port etc
You should by now realise this could be a turning point/winner for you.
The simple things are usually the best.

You will have to have a new spray bar made as if you "clip" anything you will rip the nozzles from the whirl-a-way one.
It's soft metal and the threads are only short. The turbo nozzles are way longer/heavier and will have more leverage on the thread. I looks f****ing amazing tho' . Top man keep us updated!!!

you are dead right i also told lee about this when i tried it out a couple of month ago. Honestly lee be carefull when you fasten to a hood, i did exactly what you did on your video and it was fine the minute you fasten to a hood then the problems start and a heavy turbo nozzle firing out from a hood believe me could easily kill someone, mine flew a good 100 metres

To be honest as Trevor has said this idea is lethal , these bars std set up are balanced hence cost, if one turbo shears off whole lot will go crazy. But on the bright side u may get £200 from itv when it goes pear shaped

hahaha, fair play Lee! - You know what, and i know no-one will believe me, but I thought about 'inventing' something like this about a year ago...

Trouble is, that's all I did... Think about it!!

The blue barrel bottom is too small diameter, The water hit the sides and also the top would need to be really sturdy otherwise the nozzles bounce.

I give up, I'll leave it to the pro's to design a proper cover that won't have any play in it for the head.

I even shortened the bar so the water wouldn't hit the sides but the top around the head needs to be strengthened.

What about this with the turbo nozzles on .You would need to make a cover or a skirt for it. It needs to be a cross between these two items.Do you think it would work?

Valiant attempt mate, but if it was that easy I am sure mosmatic would of done it by now.
It would need substantial strength in the 'head' of the cover to maintain hub / spray bar plus you always run the risk if a user accidently hits any raised flags etc. Goodbye shins 

On our old kersten one of the guys sucked up a metal bracket around 2" size, bracket hit the impellar and shot straight thro the thick plastic casing . Luckly no one was hurt, casing was destroyed. Sure same thing would happen if turbo snapped off

a rotary cleaner with turbo nozzles is deffo needed. to save going back over blocks to get tough roots out on large area with a turbo lance after whirlaway. its a nightmare on large block areas having to go back over area. this needs to be made asap and sold just like whirlaways.
