If it is a wax based sacrificial ,steam with a little pressure will remove it . If it is a permanent coating you will need a solvent. If it is a fluoropolymer you will damage the building in the attempt to remove it with the metheod you have suggested.Gather as much information about the coating,ring the manufacture, start with gentlest method first.

DarrenRoger is getting on but because I have youth I can see that it is on the LH side by the arched window. You can see that all of the coated area is streaked and I don't think it needs pressure washing but soft washing off.Rob

Maybe a Noncaustic TFR or even a caustic cleaner such as SP10. Check with the manufacturer.
