i take into consideration, travel, time to clean, and overheads, never per panel. I have my hourly rate plus travel.i always ask the customer, age of connie, when last cleaned etc, if im not sure myself, and cant visit, i get them to mail some pics. Also Steve, this wasnt just the roof, it was full external, i always push for a full clean, i cant remember the last time i just did the roof.
im just saying what i would do to get the conny up to scratch.unlike you mick i dont go looking for conny roofs to clean or leaflet in 1000s like you.you do a good job and charge a good price.we each run our businesses differently.i wasnt having a pop mate!! my work consists of mainly maintenance window cleaning with conny roof cleaning, fascias, soffits, outside gutters and solar panel cleaning as add ons if asked.best wishesdazmond
Level of detail? Bloody hell, I only cleaned the damn thing, not built it!Now I remember why I stopped posting on here!
''Ive been cleaning connies and upvc for 10 yrs, so i do know how to clean, quote and when a ladder is needed or not. In other words, i know what im doing!!''Then you certainly know more than me and that's why I appreciate coming to this forum to learn from posters such as yourself. Keep it coming.
I used the same product for the roof as always.....tap water!!
