todays connie clean

Connie that i did today, the pics dont really show how dirty this was, there was even algae all over the glass too.

Lol, the end caps had popped of long ago!!

Took me 3 hrs, the algae was baked on, all over the glass everywhere!!

I used the same product for the roof as always.....tap water!! and a cream cleaner for the rest of the upvc.

Anyone wants to use the pics no problem, help yourselves

they were very happy, as were the neighbours, theyve got my cards too now!!

I love doing connies, get a lot of job satisfaction from them, got 3 this week, going mad at the mo!!

Believe me Steve, ive been doing connies for near on 10 years, i usually do a full external clean on that size in an hour, this one was hard work!!!

Did you factor that in or do you normally go at a tenner a panel?

i take into consideration, travel, time to clean, and overheads, never per panel.

I have my hourly rate plus travel.

i always ask the customer, age of connie, when last cleaned etc, if im not sure myself, and cant visit, i get them to mail some pics.
 Also Steve, this wasnt just the  roof, it was full external, i always push for a full clean, i cant remember the last time i just did the roof.
