Ionics only own the rights to that 1 specific image. Not the image Colin is using.
I'm sure with their aggressive tactics that would love to trademark / copyright every image of a man holding a wfp but that wouldn't be possible, it's too generic.
You're wrong.
Its not a matter of trademarking an image, if they own an image you can't use it without their permission. And I happen to know that this image :
does belong to them.
How do I know? Because a mate of mine had one of their systems and asked for some images for sign writing, and this was one of them. The ionic bloke told him specifically that this is their image, and they paid over £1,200 to have it photographed and no-one can use it without their permission.
This applies not only to ionics, but anyone's image. You cant just download an image from the interner and use it, it always belongs to someone.
