all work lost is replaced, and you only pay on what you work ;)

art that is what ive paid for.
but believe me in real terms cause johns team was so good ive had a lot more than that ;D ;D

Franky, I don't mean to be picky but you have paid more than 3xs the monthly, which is fine as your happy but as a guniea pig for a new venture, it aint no favour in my eyes
art thats what i ve paid for.

read above, what i really got is a lot more, cause his team hit a good patch and come away with a lot more. ;)
which i am not paying for the extra,
also in the 2nd year to me only guniea pig,we have a special deal in place.
which dont ask cause i aint going to tell you,but iam more than££££££ up  ;) ;)

For 6k when i was canvassing for others id have got you 3k of work 36k a year and be yours for ever not just a year. seriosly i dont like to see people having the p taken out of them. You shouldnt pay anywhere near that much!! Your just making someone else rich for there minimal input of supplying the work.
if you was that good why you still not doing it??????

I was and am that good and still get people wanting me to canvass for them now but i refuse to as am fine doing it for myself.
If your happy to pay over 3 cleans to sub work for a year then fair play.
I just dont want to see anyone get burnt mate, you seem a nice guy on here who offers good advice, from what i have read you have paid 3 cleans plus 2k to own the work for just a year??.
All canvassers i know of only charge 2 cleans to own the work? Your paying 4 cleans to borrow borrow the work fo a year. If i have read it wrong then i appologise.

HOPE IT GOES WELL FRANKY. you have taken a gamble and that takes guts or naivety.

But i love mick kents canvassing posts , he tells it for real.

as far as subcontract resi cleaning what the ??? there will be loads of custys left for us , even it should take off. (NWC ETC)

i love a successful entrepreneur , but as soon as they get a man capable of the exact same means cheaper you are dust. 8)

But if you are a subbie from John, it's his work so isn't VAT going to have to be charged? If so, That's another 20% gone each month. Or have I got it worng.

Imo you get what you pay for...
Just like the window cleaners on another thread, who charge £15 for a house with 6 windows, you'll pay more for quality!
Unless for some people its ok to charge high prices as long as people dont charge me high prices for what i want.
I for one think its a fantastic idea, especially as the work is coming from one of the most respected window cleaners in the country, not some two bit canvasser, and so you know your dealing with a professional.
I for one will be definatley interested and have already had discussions to move this forward, and the fact theres so many questioning, i think a few are just scared....

Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?
