some good ides but you wont get a good finish with a blad and mop and short extension and it will be very time consuming, with the reach and wash and back pack you may have to make a very short pole and will need to be constantly filling up.
I have tackled jobs like this before with a window wizard ( magnetic squegee). It can be done but time consuming and you need a lot of patience and perseverance . Personally I walk away from jobs like this these days, unless there is a very good reason or very good money involved, let it be someone elses problem

I've done jobs like this before with no problem, just lean out what you can, mop and blade. Maybe need a short ext pole.
