Stonham BASS are looking for a call-off contract for General Cleaning
across its property portfolio for its service users. Stonham BASS house
defendants who are eligible for bail and offenders eligible for release on
Home Detention Curfew (HDC) or Intensive Alternative to Custody (IAC), who
would not otherwise be released because they lack a suitable residential
address or necessary support. Stonham BASS supports an efficient use of
custody, an unnecessary use of custodial demand, reduced re-offending by
breaking offending habits; offender resettlement prepares service users
for move- on, so they can live safely and independently in the community.
We offer single self contained flats to 2-4 bedroom properties. The
communal area of the house is shared but a service user has their own
living space. As this is supported housing, a support officer will help a
service user meet their support needs, which could range from mental
health, drugs and alcohol misuse, housing needs and many more.
BASS currently hold over 200 properties and work with over 3000 BASS
service users annually.
