if you find the right person it will defo roll your business foward .... if you find the wrong person ... well disaster time .. stress .. worry etc etc The best time to weed out the wrong un is before interview make it hard for them to apply eg no phone calls written application / email only ... if they have to write / email then that will get rid of a load of dross and timewasters ... may prevent a few good lads applying but on balance of proberbility you will be better off.Interview stage should weed out the rest ... anyone you take on first base is a 1 day trial or richard isparkly makes em do a weeks work trail from memory.NO friends .ooops... NO family .oh dear.. NO sons of customers I'm just not getting the hang of this am I?(perhaps)Good luck !
