no I said a fiver, could do these all day at at least 6 an hour, but I am dear as most would charge 3.50 ;D where I am

if it was on a very compact estate with lots of other work.£8 monthly,£10 2 monthly.

if it was a stand alone property out of my way i wouldnt take it on unless i could get at least 5 other accounts on the estate.
price higher/work harder!

A 3 bed semi costs £200k miminmum here mate. You try buying one if you are cleaning a house for a fiver. Everything costs mor here which is what needs to be taken into account when pricing jobs.

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

I sometimes turn over somewhere near that over a day, but earnings would be nowhere near that over a year as I don't have enough work for a star, but even if I did, it doesn't take into account equipment and van costs, insurance, holidays, pension, sick pay, weather issues and so on.

I know. Yep, what you pay to live is inevitably reflected in what you charge.

You can buy a 3 bed semi for £50k in Bootle where I was born.

Yes it was, we live in the South east of England and it is very expensive. We charge that and people pay no question.
Our minimum charge starts at £15.00 for any domestic property.
