hello, as anybody used dynamall to encap on domestic wool carpets,i,m thinking of giving it a try but wondered if a rotary may be a tad aggressive and would i be better using my crb..cheers

Probably better with your CRB on piled carpets. Thorough vacuum, spray then agitate in with CRB. Job done.

Ive done a couple like this recently as John says one as it was awkward the way the job was situated to use my main machine and the other the lady just didnt want the carpet very wet.

  Hoovered, sprayed dynamall, left to dwell for 10 minutes then used the crb and both came up a treat.

The only issue with dynamall is the smell, Surround smells much better, as does Procaps.

Mike there are thousands of cleaners all over the world doing that very thing. The biggest selling franchise in the US is one of them.

personally I have found dynamall to be more effective than surround but it would be interesting to hear of others experience. Also had only positive comments on smell.

We did a job in a large office recently and used dynamall, Surround and Procaps in different areas with no discernible difference between the three of them, though I thought Procaps was slightly the better of the three. The best one of all was SPM with Oxibrite in fibre shampoo, nocticeably better than the other three, god knows why

Rycal' I was wrong... if anyone wants to spray this on the carpet, scrub it in the tell the customer they have cleaned the carpet then fine.

I love surround and releasit and i always get paid so must be doing something right.

these days i only seem to use hwe for stain spotting and upholstery.

customers like the carpets to be dry in an hour and they will pay for it.

must give that dynamall a try.

My response  was not meant to have a dig at you , just the fact that people think this process of getting money from people ( I won't call it cleaning) is acceptable,

 do they explain to domestic customers that they will not be removing  any dirt... that is their job, they have to try and remove it with  their  home vacuum cleaner.

Don't get me wrong I'm a total believer is using this type of cleaning in commercial properties but lets get real do we really believe a domestic customer will have any chance of removing the dirt with subsequent vacuuming.
