The contract period will be for 4 years commencing 22.7.2013, with an
option to extend for a further 1 year. The school's requirement for
cleaning will be as follows:
Daily cleaning (Monday to Friday) is required during term time between
hours of 15:15 and 18:45.
Deep cleaning / periodic cleaning during school holiday periods between
the hours of 9:00 and 15:00.
Enhanced CRB checks for all staff is a requirement.
Billing for the service to be invoiced monthly, payment 30 days in
arrears.
TUPE will apply.
All necessary cleaning equipment and materials will be provided by the
successful supplier.
Community Benefits do not apply to this contract.
