Quite an interesting article, I does seem that you can't turn a corner without bumping into a hi vis
Personally I only wear mine when cleaning commercial or industrial

On a side note has anyone else noticed that when cleaning commercial or industrial properties, when you cone off the area you are working in most people think that the cones don't apply to them. In most cases it seems to be middle management types who do the half walk half run whilst looking at you like you just shat in their wife's handbag.
I've started giving them a quick spray just as they've passed but most still don't take the hint 😜
Thanks,

Don't worry you're not a proper gypo until you start leaving old sofas and mattresses every time you move on

This bit from the same article made me laugh ;D

Completely badgered

Plenty of people remain puzzled as to why the Government prioritised pushing gay marriage through the Commons at the expense of more pressing business.

There were echoes of 1967, when members of the House of Lords voted to decriminalise homosexuality on the same day they rejected a Bill that would have outlawed badger baiting.

Arthur Gore, the 8th Earl of Arran and one of the sponsors of the gay rights Bill, was asked why peers had voted in favour of ending discrimination against homosexuals, but refused to support moves to prevent cruelty to badgers.

‘Not many badgers in the House of Lords,’ Arran explained.
