This is strange!

First off check visually through the jet hole from the bristle side of the brush. Then if this is clear remove the clear jet hose from the back of the jet and turn on the water flow. If there is something in the jet hose blocking it this should allow it to flush out. Tip for removing the hose from the jets is to pour a kettle of water over the jet and hose before pulling off.

The tubing is fine as it flows after ive disconnected it from the back of the brush. So its something to do with the jet?

Can you see through the jet? Does it look clear through the 2mm hole?

Certainly you can try clearing it with a needle.

The needle passes through the clear jet, and not the blocked one (obviously) lol

Sounds like a faulty jet - I have never had this before in over 50,000 of these jets!

I will get the Office to send out a replacement brush to you tomorrow. We can then have the brush/jet back for examination.

Could you email me on alex@agardiner.co.uk with your full name, address and order number.

Griffin always tells his alumni that if it doesn't spurt first time, suck on it, then a bit harder until you get a mouthful.
