canvassing help
« on: February 06, 2013, 03:48:55 pm »
thanks for reading, ive been window cleaning for five years, prior to this i was carpet cleaning but this has declined due to the economy and current climate.i have 250 window cleaning customers from canvassing in the past and picking up a few new ones from a bit of canvassing.
i feel the way forward is window cleaning and im looking to gain another 250 customers this will generate a good regular income.
my question to you all is how do you motivate yourselves to keep canvassing and how to you deal with the rejection from ongoing canvassing ?
once again thanks for reading

Hi Colin
Your in a great position compared to a newbie setting off,you have 5 years experience, you know what to quote and are not guessing, your living does not depend on it as you allready have 250 custies so go out there and be confident, you have every right to be,so what if some do not want a window cleaner, just keep going, like the other post said just a few hours here and there.Best of Luck :)
