IMHO I think the Aqua-dapter is the best thing since sliced bread.Just as I started work the other day my A/D spring snapped. As I was using my son's van I didn't have a spare spring or long nose pliers to replace it. So I turned the water on and off at the brush head - sorry but it was a pain and I wasted a lot of water with the tap being opened and then the pole extended and vice versa. To me the slight inconvenience of the little extra weight more than makes up for that in other ways.

Good explanation AndyM. What pole hose and taps do you use?Cheers
