I don't think he needs to. His good reputation and customer base is already there. Why spend money doing a show like that when you could have it as a dividend instead?!  :)

I would have thought he would want to... to make the money back on the cost of his stand, he would need to sell 1 pole. Im sure as  a result he would sell more than 1 pole dont you?

Depends how busy these shows are nowadays I guess

No there is nothing wrong with these items. We have sold nearly a thousand of them and they are proving to be very robust. How did your ones break?

They can get brittle when very cold but that`s just the nature of frozen material.One needs to be careful   l went its cold.

Just broke during general use!(cleaning windows)
One broke when i pulled hose off to change brush!
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014

For one to break would be unusual, for three to break would seem to indicate they are being used outside normal parameters.  I can only conclude that these do not suit you as in 'general use'  they don't break.  When were each type bought? I can then see if I can sort something out for you.

I am hoping to have a video on the web next week. We should be able to have the actual retail units on sale by the middle of March.

I got them when they first came out a couple of months ago.

I will look this up on the system - Did you contact the office about this when it first happened?

Happened the other day.rang up and told them.
Then ordered 3 sets of clear yesterday
