Anyone done an e-training course?
« on: February 05, 2013, 06:10:35 pm »
Are they simple enough to do? Do they have to be done in a specific time period? I have a course in mind to do but is a four day one spread over two weeks and i cant spare the time at the mo. to do it in my own time would be ideal.  General info is appreciated.

Etraining works for certain things. Especially technique based skills, knowledge skills. It is Of limited use for interpersonal skills. Management skills, motivation and so on. Fine for health and safety mostly I would say.

Go  Ronny education later is life is great as you do not waste time with the  reasons why you are there in the first place.Once you have got yourself into a routine, and do that in the first 14 days. It will be very rewarding.Go Mate. ;) ;) ;)

I would say go for it,

if it will make your business better, what are the long term benifits to your business ? as 4 days is not a lot of time in the grand scheme of things.

Ronnie, go for it.
