Newbie, am i overpricing??
« on: February 05, 2013, 01:23:06 pm »
Hey guys,

just startin out trad style, and from some of the threads ive seen on here i am worried I may be overpricing. I must say that i have never been turned down after giving a price when canvassing but ive been averaging £1 a standard (metre...ish wide) £2 for a bigger one and between 2 and 3 pound for a patio door/small cony.

I have just finished a bungalow this mornin, 4 windows average size + front door and surround at front and round the back triple width patio  doors and a small cony all for £16. but after seeing some people saying £7 for a 2 up 2 down is this too much?

I'm in the east midlands.

Thanks,
dan

If you are happy with the price and so is your customer there is no problem.

Gav what makes you say that ?

If the customer are happy, they are the ones paying and can see the value. You are never overpriced but if you are under priced that is were the problems start.
