Anyone got any experience of these on here?

One of our large commercials has asked us to look at deep cleaning 5 kitchens, which I believe will be fairly large jobs. I will be looking at them Wednesday, and will be given a spec. All I know at the min is Kitchen, ventilation, and catering equipment...

Never having done anything of this nature before, I have no idea where to start!

Any ideas as to equipment, pictures of jobs with timescales, any ppe required, pricing, etc, would be a great help.

Would like to get a rough idea before I visit sites, so I can say if we would be interested or not.
