Anyone?? I've searched the net but all it mentions is grey water waste, and I'm not sure if ro waste is considered as this.

Perhaps your best bet is to ring the environment agency.
I'd imagine your soakaway would get pretty full pretty fast though

Cheers for the shout, I'll ask them, personally I don't envisage a problem as the water is cleaner but possibly they have a rule about any kind of waste. Who knows..

Soakaway is there, in the middle of a garage compound. Drains well and am sure good enough for my output.

that would just be like running a tap to a soak away, your not not using any chemicals at all. just removing some of the natural minerals and the chemicals the water companies add
