When you price for a conservatory (not the roof) would you charge by the glass or time it takes to do one? TIA John

Once you do a few you will know what to price by the time it would take ... Simple. £5 to £10 added on to the price of the house is prob a rough average

When I first started out I used to stick a couple of quid on for a conny but realised .... eventually that they have a fair few windows in them however all close together so now work on 50p a panel or door so an average conny will have about 12 panels and 2 doors so charge is £7.

I price roof cleans at between £5 to £10 a panel (even the little panels on the corners) depending how minging they are and if theyre polycarbonite or glass ..... typical conny will have 5 panels per side with 2 little corner panels and prob 4 panels on the front so £80 but this includes the finnials at the top and will wash exterior of gutters and give windows a going over for that price.

£5 per panel on roof, i always end up charging £20 to £40 though depending on size of con, with the price as you go round the conservatory count the number of panes, half is the price, if customer thinks to much knock a bit off, a pound or two on a job wont make that much difference in the end.
