Hi guys, ive seen it mentioned on here an another thread so i thought id start a new topic.Ive got a transit connect with a fitted bulk head. If there is a little a bit of water in the back it will eventually find its way into the passenger's footwell.Ive tried sealing the bulkhead with mastic etc but it still comes through.....any ideas anyone ??Marcus...
A load liner is a solution.http://www.style-x.at/4x4products_en/index.php/z_english/references/transit-liner-for-ford-transit-connect/I've got one in my Berlingo and it stops any leakages entering the driver/passenger area.
I have a connect and am wfp,no leaks in my system,so van is dry, simples
never seen that there was plugs
I had a similar problem with my old Connect, it smelt so bad sometimes! The water was getting through under the plastic cover on the floor by the side door. Why not try and remove it and put a bead of silicone around the under side and where the water may be drainng through to the front.(and fix any leaks )Rich
