What you might wish to consider, is;-
what will be the nature of most c/c jobs ( top end clients, or other )
are you offering a quick clean or adding a quality service
are there lots of flats in your portfolio
are you just using existing staff, or training someone specially

Due to the variation in work I tended to have more than one price structure
A decent portable will cope with the type of work you're doing and the choice is limitless with machines from under 1k to over 3k, but some are too heavy for one person to handle, safely and others are not capable of keeping up, with your schedules.
