Hi guys I would like your advice on some matters.

Im thinking of setting up a cleaning company though have the following uncertainties keeping me back:
  • I want to employ someone straight from the off and am not sure if this is feasible
  • I want to start with commercial cleaning though not sure if this would work given my lack of experience

Welcome to the forum.

You seem to have answered your own questions there.

Why not get a feel for the business you want by getting in there and getting dirty, pick up small contracts and then look at the Duncan Bannatyne ethos.

Nothing wrong with aspiration but you have to know what you are doing first!!!!!

I also would like to set up a company in a trade I know nothing about, get someone else to do all the dirty work and just rake off loads of profit. Yes go ahead - cleaning is easy and the business is easy to make millions through.
What is your background? if you need to come on here and this is your first post do you really think you have a good base knowlege of the business ? I doubt it but best of luck anyway.
