Just seeing who is working today. I checked out the side roads and peoples paths around theirs houses are all iced up. i got the boys to do some leafleting but the paths etc are pretty dodgy. It is also snowing intermitanely which is a right pain in the back side.
I am enjoying an admin day!

Monday - nope - too much snow ice on paths to feel comfortable about it
Yesterday - 10 til 2pm  - Snow laying but melting
Today - 10 til 3pm - Quite a heavy three hours of snow last night but actually a bit better than yesterday and worked in falling snow which came on today for the morning.

Planning on being out tomoz - forecast a fraction colder but little snow falling.

I'm in northeast Pembrokeshire. I had spare days Sat, Mon, Tue and today (cos of Xmas), but I didn't get the few I had on Friday done, so was hoping to do them today. I did 2 of them then it started snowing again. Since 11am today we've had 5 inches on top of the 12 inches we had last week! I don't think i'll be out till Sat at the earliest (given the forecasted thaw on Friday).

I've done one day since last monday because of snow or ice. Its been difficult to walk the dog let alone clean windows. I would sooner wait until the thaw than risk either myself falling or a c ustie than risk a serious injury etc!

Not me, worked 5 days since christmas. Not too bored yet, dont think i will go back til next week. After 2010 winter i have put a winter nest egg away. Can sit it out for a few weeks yet

i went out 8.30 till 12.30

10am-330pm here.it was snowing most of the afternoon but not sticking thankfully!£200 worth of work done in 5 hours.half hour for lunch.there was a fair bit of snow and ice around but it didnt freeze my hose though!!

happy days!

off to the cinema tonight to see "life of pi" in 3D with girlfriend.
