Water recovery and the whole shooting match on one trailer. I think you'd end up spending the whole day changing filters as the capacity is too small. I would'nt use a petrol washer and I doubt if the halogen lights would last long. The idea is good. Poor chap with somewhat unfortunate name.

We mounted halogens on our trailer, eventually the brackets snapped and out of 3, 2 of the bulbs went all due to vibes etc.
We now just attach when setting up at the job.

Compact, but they do love an "open trailer" the americans, great if you are in drier states.

Why do they just bolt things to trailers? How many engines do they need to keep running at one time?They are carrying two different fuels. One good diesel engine would run an  alternator and pressure washer pump and sump pump.
The vacuum head could be mounted on to of the filter system no need to bolt the hoover to it.
I doubt that the vacuum system recovers all of the water...so what percentage can we "lose" before we are infringement of regulations?
The light should all be smd's as a splash of water on the halogens ...they will blow.
How do you empty the poop out of the interceptor tank? That really needs some sort of "baging" system on it .
Maybe they dont really have dirty drives in the good ole' US of A

Majority of drives in the states are plain concrete, they do have block but around 90% of those are sealed, sealing is a lot more popular over there then here.
So they don't really have the "sand" issue that we have with block.

They are also in PIC in a big way too, so basically they are cleaning smoother surfaces without the sand, moss issues, only grit and dirt.

I've enquired to have some shipped over. I had a response on quantity to which 1 unit was my reply and I've not heard back yet. Think I'm being dodged now as it's not a large order.

Tensid do  a rust remover ..It works but it is slow and really needs to be applied as a poltice. I do not know if it's suitable to your job/application. http://tensiduk.com/

No Lee I haven't, same here when I have tried to get even samples sent over, not interested if the volume is going to be small, saying that thought Techniseal did send over one of there "wonder" sands for block, and unfortunately it was crap!!

What are you trying remove with the Barc, as Chris stated Tensid do some good rust removers, pending on what type of "rust" it is. I have used a lot of there products, so let me know what you are removing and I might have the answer.

We do this loading bay roughly every 3-4 months, you can't tell here as the image is from Google 2008 but there's rust all over the concrete from the skips.

I've used HC on it and lightened it and tried Oxalic but that was a small quantity and didn't know how to mix it.

I've never used tensid, I might ask for a sample.

Hydrochloric acid It dissolves rust..just don't know what it will do to the concrete !!!!

You could try either Limestone restorer or 600 detergent (both HC blends) from Tensid, they do poultice's but don't think they will work for you in this situation. They will send you samples. Re the Ox seeing as it is on white concrete, I'd go 500grams per lt, problem is you would have to do the whole area as it will brighten and really stand out

Hasn't harmed the concrete and the mix wasn't too strong. It brought out quite a lot. This was early December when we last did it so as we don't do much on rust removal, or get requests for them, the next time around on this will be an ideal job to test new chems on.

Just looked at the post again...i was not questioning your use of hydrochloric acid ...i was suggesting try it!!!I did not know what reaction it would have on the substrate!

We buy HC in at 36% and dilute down for brick cleaning but I wouldn't put it down neat. Any damage wouldn't be noticed though to be honest as it's not in the best condition anyway.
