Hydrochloric acid ??? It dissolves rust..just don't know what it will do to the concrete !!!!

Surely Smartseal would have told you the do's & don'ts of using HC on one of their courses? or maybe not it seems

I've got four Lee - have to do better than that.

I am going to be putting them in a van - on top of each other to give me 30LPM with a reverse splitter and or 60 LPM as one unit.

Might seem a little OTT but its not costing me anything and they are only hanging around the unit. Just need to strip them down a little and get a couple of frames built

Rob it's not a race to see who's got the most machines or the biggest set of bo**cks!  ;D

That's my plan though too for some flat surface cleaning jobs with continuous flow from hydrant filling tanks, I've already got the check valves.

Lee you dont need to go down that route just put two 03 size turbo nozzles on your flat surface cleaner it moves anything and you can nearly run with it, well you can for about twenty seconds but the minute the nozzle strikes the smallest thing it snaps from the bar and fires about 100metres down the road  luckily it didnt hit anything or it could of been an expensive experiment, it was worth a try but wont be doing it again ;D ;D

yes just connected with double males, i tried it on some really bad block paving and could not believe how good it worked, i have not totally given up on the idea but it is going to take a bit of rethinking i have something in mind but not got round to making it, believe me if i can get this to work you would not believe how fast it is

You've got me on to having a play now. What was the bar rotation like? Could do with talking to some plastic moulding companies, take in the cover off a whirlaway and ask them to copy but deep pan and probably bigger diameter.

Thanks Chris but No, but would be interested in a Tupperware catalogue if you have one, as I need to get some new storage containers.

That's the main problem Lee, shipping cost's, I'm pretty sure the Tensid samples will improve the rust situation, another thing you could try is citric acid, slightly less aggressive the the Ox but does the same thing.
