Snow started less than an hour ago here & already the roads are slippery. The council haven't even put grit on the main roads!

Coming down here in Manchester, doesnt bother me, id work in it. Its the chance of getting stuck on the untreated roads that stops me!!

Best thing about snow it is far warmer was out walking dog just after 7:30 am .

Makes me PSML when down south everything comes to a halt and it is headline news with 2" of snow had 5 times as much and people manage fine . Mike
