what are you all going to do to survive if it last that long because even with hot water the customers would tell you to do one.

~5cm have been dumped in warrington in the last hour and still coming down heavy.

I save all summer for times like this. Apart from some commercial work next week I'll be putting my feet up and waiting it out. The work will still be there when the snow has thawed.

Will be taking the little 'un sledging later, it's the first proper snow she has seen. :)

I've been out with dog this morning where I saw abandoned cars, slow moving traffic and heavy snow everywhere! Birmingham airport now closed so I can't even jet off anywhere! :(

Just checked, doesn't make cheery reading does it! Second half of next week might be OK.

I've been very lucky so far this year - hardly as much as a frost here. Today was 10c and sunny,.. and the forecast for my area looks positive - - the rest of the country is shagged, but its supposed to miss me!

I have 33% customers pay by so. They get 10 cleans per year and pay accordingly. So each month I have money coming in. Plus I have 2 months income as my cushion. I will hit the glass when I can but won't get stressed if it snows for a week so be it.
