Window cleaning round for sale blackpool

Window cleaning round for sale Blackpool south shore,
Takes £550.00 per 4 week
Cleaned every 2 weeks roughly half each time
Takes 10 hours to do and 1 hr collecting ever 4 weeks,lot pay on day

Asking price £3000 ono

Am I right in thinking this is 'about' £225 per fortnight.

I guess that 10 hours is 1man?
