hi i have a pure freedom flow controller i dont know what setting its surpose to be on, i have it on 30 is that to low or to high cheers

have mine set at 28 ....best is to try out several diff settings to get one that best suits your style

The best setting is the one that suits you best. Ideally the idea is to have the flow as low as possible to use the minimum amount of water possible.
The water flow rate will vary person to person, as a general rule anything between 20 and 65 is fine.
