To put it bluntly... Time consuming, dirty, cold, wet, sand in your eyes.
Its either one or the other unless you plan on hiring someone to do the full pressure washing then it would do well.
Time consuming - you have the wrong kit
Dirty - it can be, but by using the right techniques you can drastically reduce how dirty you get
Cold/Wet - you have the wrong clothes and footwear
Sand in your eyes - wear goggles.

We do very well from it because we have invested in all of the above.

spent 3k mid summer on pressure washing equipment and it's paid for itself already,
our first job this morning is a 15 x 10 ft patio clean, this is priced well and should only take an hour or so, sometimes takes us longer to set up and put away than to wash, no regrets and has given us another add on for the customer base we already have.

Notice that those who say it is good charge good rates - those that don't may not?

Keep your prices up boys and girls and don't be afraid of the naysayers!
It's a game of three halves!

Noo i was assuming with a 3k windy round he is still possibly a single operative, so my point is, pressure cleaning is a good wager but if you do a job that takes longer then someone with a windy round at 3k might struggle to fit the jobs in that go over schedual.
And me and you both know, no matter what goggles you use after a full days blasting sand you still get crap in your eyes.
Its a good add on for people willing to work full weekends if needs be, or multi van operatives.
