So like I said it would appear you want to produce some kind of ebook for small businesses. You only want to hear the bits that really benefit you rather than give information out. I am not posting it on here because most of it has nothing to do with window cleaning, but what I am doing here on this guide is 100% to do with window cleaners to set up social media it is free for you guys.

if I wanted to make money I have no problem of being upfront with people about it.

I could do this guide asking other people that are always nice to me and dont question me, but that would be boring, I like the banter (most oif the time)

never been on facebook befor so dont realy know what i will want but if i can use this to get myself sorted with a account would be much appreciated then the questions will come hard and fast

Put something of interest to customers on it, asuming that they read your FB page. as a rule, they don't. They go to it to answer an advert you placed, or if they want to contact you for some reason to ask something. It's good for all sorts of things, but twitter and facebook posts aren't read daily by customers in WCing.

From what I can see from your page, you're a sales/canvassing firm. When I click on info, it gives me none. From what I can see, you've had the page since about October 2010 and have 86 people on it. Are these customers?

If you want or need more customers and want to make sales from that page, you'll need some help on what to do.
