Why does a new build need brick work cleaning ?.. I get windows and plastics but not that .

Crappy  bricklayers - they leave snots and mortar residue everywhere

We get these on a regular basis - usually a good price too as everyone’s in a panic 😁

A sub contractor had been back twice to clean up the brickwork  . We then  got asked to do a test patch and afterwards got the go ahead  for the whole site at the cost of the contractor . Happy days

Great result!  Amazing how much money a few idle sloppy bricklayers can earn you ;D

Cheers Kevin.

Have you had the cleaning sorted yet?

Nowt up with cleaning leaves - did the same yesterday Mike, on a Co-op in Milton Keynes - there was a car park attached that got cleaned as well.

Back tomorrow to clean the leaves up again, ::)roll ....... and this is a freebie.

this was the finishing touches to a full factory clean, I just casually mentioned we would sort the leaves out and flush down the front parking spaces against the building As they were taking photos of the front elevation.

but  they didn't take the photos on the Monday  so more  leaves Fell.

This was the job....
