Well, he'll say I copied him(Alan McTernan)but I had it in my mind for a while and never did anything.  ;)

Alan had his local council complain to him saying the sticker was affecting the reflectivity of the sign. Clearly the algae that covered the sign prior to being cleaned for free wasn't affecting it.

Rob,

very nice!

i take it the tiles can cope with the high pressure? Or do you have to reduce it when doing roofs.

Them style jobs are always the best!

It's quite a small store. Completely overlooked by residential properties, with more than one complainer so it was decided that to keep noise to as minimum as possible we would work out of one basket.

This has been a problem in the past with me being 120 kgs, hose drag (as it weighs off the basket, when elevated) so the basket is overweight with more than one operator and tilts out.

I have got a second machine coming down for Monday because we are on the car park side and I have some work reachable by a 60 footer and a roof below it for the 45 footer.

It seems that the noise is not as big a problem as they expected but mainly basket weight!

Your RAMS let you operate alone at height? What if you need a poo or a wee...who looks after the gear? Who makes the coffee and goes to the shop for cake?

My RAMS cover all eventualities and working alone because there is a section in them about regularly checking in with site management if we are on our own.

I don't wee Chris, I don't poo - my body reuses all waste to infinitum.

The cameras on the store look after my van if I have to go up to the cafe, for breakfast.

I tend to get done anything low level setup, go and eat etc and then out come the hoses and I am up in the air till I finish for the day.

I love cleaning roofs

Do you love pressure washing Chris?

For those that see the fact that I don't come down but have something about checking in with site management, most of the time that can be a thumbs up as they regularly patrol sites and the PM on this one was working on some fascia boards just over the roof.

Know that part of Kingston well Rob, very tight area space wise to work in, right along side the main road into the town centre. Was working just up the road from you on Tuesday, Surbiton

Hope you are keeping well  :)
