Hi all,has anyone dealt with the supplier named in the title recently?
I ordered an elite pole on 12th Dec and terms and conditions state they will ship in 1 to 2 working days.
Its now the 20th and I have received no email to say its been dispatched or to say its been delayed,in fact apart from the confirmation of payment email iv had nothing >:( >:(
I emailed them yesterday telling them to either let me know what is going on or cancel my order but they havent replied >:( >:(
I have rang them twice today and got answer machine both times, left a message and my number but they havent got back to me. >:( >:(
Not sure what I can do now apart from keep ringing them and waiting ??? ???

He may well be a very nice chap but I dont think im being unreasonable to be angry when I order a pole on the 12th (1 to 2 working days delivery) and not even get an idea if im going to receive it until January!!!!!
Even worse when emails and phone calls are not being answered ??? ??? ???

Shocking customer service. Unless its stated on their website or they inform you when ordering that there's going to be a long delay its disgraceful.
