That's why we draw up a contract for every job telling them exactly what they are getting and we estimate the time to do the job. But then we have a clause in the T&C's that says:
"The time to do the job is an estimate as stone cleaning and restoration is not an exact science. If the job takes longer then you will not be charged any additional costs. Similarly if we finish the job earlier there will be no rebate with the exception of accommodation costs if relevant"

In this thread, you say;

I agree with the later, but for the avoidance of any doubt, I think you, by admission, agree, that Stone Cleaning is not necessarily a job which requires a formal qualification?
