has anyone bought an ibc tank from e-bay. the prices are good but will they ruin the pure water because of what might have been in initially. any advice much appreciated, ted

depends on what they contained before ...Lots are cleaned with detergent and jetwash . What did they have in them before ?

I had 1 that had diesel inside before i got given it. I gave it a quick blast with the jetwash at a petrol garage filled it up and water was coming out at 000ppm and no probs from cleaning at all.
