I just found a little fault which is not a real fault really but wont do that well with water fed pole system and that is :
it say that it only heat the water to 55 degrees and that’s not enough, think of it this way, when you are cleaning a house and have to reach to 50 meters, by the time that water reach’s to the top of you brush it probably be 10-20 degrees and in the winter probably lower.

i think for everyday maintenance cleans the chances are in summer i would be using cold anyway

i think this macine looks more robust but admit we would need more feed back on from peoples experiences

Was thinking of doing something, but (i'm lazy ) don't want to be doing all the extra plumbing and trying to fit all in van have ford escort, probably as much room as your van.

Do you tell your van insurance company about carrying gas, just wondered as this would probably pump up the costs? (just curious)

Would i be wasting my time having the heater at my parents garage where ro setup is.
was thinking when i fill my barrels (don't have tank in van) from 625 ibc tank could i fill barrels warm?
Would that plumb together ok, have submersible pump in ibc takes under 1 min to fill a barrel i think.

Just thinking barrels would be warm not for long but just for the days when waiting for temps to creep up over 0c.

Been going out 11-ish recently when temps gone up.

Well thats you,  i was talking in general, i have a hot system and at the base is 80 degrees but by the time is out of the brush its about 50 degrees, which i can wash a Conny and remove grease and dirt much easer with 50 degrees.

I'm not sure what temperature you would get if you passed it through from your ICB to the barrels.
If it is working at 25L per minute I guess it wont be that hot. Plus passing through any heater will slow down the flow rate. So it may take longer to fill.
I could always time it and see what the temp is after if you like.
For you having the barrels hot to start with would help as long as you filled them each morning rather than evening.

On my L5 it say only 57 deg I have had my hose out at 100m and still nice and hot at the brush end

Told mine and didn't go up. As long as you put the lpg warning sticker, by law it has to be on,  on the back of the van you will be covered, if not then if anything happened with it then insurance might not pay out.

The temperature is lower than the L5. It depends on the rate of flow going in.
It works on a lower flow than the L5. Going in on 4 it gives a 35° c rise, the L5 gives 45°+
On full speed the rise is 20° Or so.

With the system I have the water pressure runs at 25psi and it works fine,

I built my own system from scratch. Built my own controllers, they controls the motor on the pump not the psi,unlike the digital controllers do.

I'm confused? Are you saying that the flow rate on the varistream is actualy controling the pressure not the speed of the motor?
