what do you do for your staff at christmas ?

do you give a bonus, do you have a staff party or do you do nothing ?

Christmas party next Friday.

My lads get plenty of bonuses throughout he year anyway, so I don't give anything extra.

Case of beers each and one lucky dip lotto tickets, split their tips between them, and then they have a week off, paid holiday.

they get to keep any tips

they get paid holidays

we had a dinner out this monday which i paid for

no other bonusses

I pull up at the job centre and explain to them that this years bonus is the fact that they've managed to avoid regular trips to here.

I know what I wont be doing if ever in a position to have a works do and that is get my staff to pay for it like my missus company does  :o :o >:(
