Needs to be in good working order and 17"

Im near Bracknell so not too far.

Somthing that is not slow speed!

Not sure in honesty.

I have a 150 rpm numatic but want to buff some marble (I think) so I guess I need a faster machine.

150rpm is perfect for polishing marble you don't need anything faster
