Carbon vs fibre glass when using hot
« on: December 11, 2012, 11:35:12 pm »
Don't know if it my imagination but since changing poles from extel hybrids to slx's, the poles themselves don't seem to get warm enough to keep your hands warm.

Does fibre glass retain the heat better than carbon, because if it does I might buy a couple of clx's for winter work as I'm a big girls blouse.  :o

You were working so much harder with the f/glass pole that your hands were naturally warmer- probably begging for mercy! ;D

why not just put some gloves on or add some grip where your hands go ?

My clx 27 instead of slx cost the extra effort
Of using a heaver pole gets me warmer faster
keep it simple

I always feel the cold in my fingers no matter how hard I work. Bad circulation I guess.

Oh we'll, time to get my marigolds off and put the winter gloves on.
