Please be advised that we would like to CANCEL your window cleaning service from immediate effect.

Please be advised we were just about to delete you off the round, due to health and safety risks associated with dragging our hose-pipes through dog excrement and having to handle them afterwards.

Kind regards.

Please be aware we have requested to come off your round due to the rude manner this was handled.  This has never been an issue before and had someone asked we would have happily done this daily task earlier than we intended.

If the pipes had not been thrown over our back fence without our permission this would probably not have been an issue and I do not appreciate your tone.

I wasn't happy with the apparent disregard to our health and safety concerns from the male of the household. A shrug of the shoulders is enough to portray what is meant. I was polite and unassuming when discussing this matter with your husband earlier today. Dog faeces on our equipment is not something we negotiate with. As for throwing our pipes over your fence this has not been a problem before, if it had you only had to say. I would be curious to know which part of 'the dog mess on the lawn is problematic' is rude. However, I wish you luck in sourcing another window cleaner and thankyou for your custom up until today. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy Christmas and prosperous new year.

I might not have handled it exactly like this, but can definately see where you are coming from.

I had a clean yesterday and there was dog poop. When I got home I rang the custie to explain I won't clean if there is that amount of poop and that if they wish i'll call th enight before so they can clear up; if I visit and they haven't cleared up i'll just do the fronts, but charge for the whole house. Ahh - the number is now unobtainable!

Anyway, it's best to write as you have something you can use if necessary, so that's what i'll be doing.

Had one recently, text them the night before to unlock gate ( so they knew I was coming).
I got there about 10am and she was indoors as she is at home on maternity leave.
The garden was covered in dog crap (some of it turning mouldy!) all from one small dog. >:(
Absolutley unexcusable in my opinion.
I cleaned the windows through gritted teeth and even had to use the backpack walking on tip toes as the hose from the van would of got absolutely covered in it.
I only did the clean because they had already paid me up front.
But I won't be going back, there's absolutely no respect there. Disgusting!

Can't stand it and it is much more serious than many believe.
